I called one morning to order and pick it up on my way to work like I usually do. I was put on hold for almost 12 minutes. I completely understand that they must’ve been busy so I went in person anyways to order. I was the only one there and commented it to the cashier lady because she must’ve forgotten putting someone on hold for so long (me). I didn’t say it in a mad way cause again I understand if in that moment it was busy. Her response was terrible. Telling me “I have a lot going on right now, if want you can go to a different shop and order it there,” and then left to do something else. I was left speechless. I felt it as discrimination. Terrible way to handle it.

Big bagels ,not greasy when order bacon ,egg and cheese. Very nice people.little mom and pop kinda shop. This is my new go to place for bagels. Had my order correct. Good communication.

Giant bagels, good amount of cream cheese, fairly priced (paid 5.15 for an everything bagel + olive cream cheese) and fairly quick service. Only thing is the bagel was a bit overtoasted.

Very small spot but has very good food. I ordered a breakfast sandwich to go, and everything was just right, including flavor. My sandwich was perfect, they didn't miss a single thing. My boyfriend also had a breakfast sandwich, and his parents had a muffin and another breakfast sandwich to which all were exactly as we had asked for them to be. We will 100% be returning back here, and this is more than likely going to be our go-to spot for breakfast from here on out.

Probably the best bagel sandwich I ever had. So, I was in the area and need something to eat for breakfast. I googled best bagel sandwich near me and Ridge Road Hot Bagel came up. I decided to give it a try, what a great decision. This was my first time here and I order the Western Omelet on a everything bagel. The bagels are baked on premises, they are soft and chewy on the inside with a light golden crust. Definitely stop by and try one or two sandwichs.
